Parent Program Ad payments are due Wednesday, Feb 26th
If you will have the design team create your ad, all content is due Wednesday, Feb 26th, (including any images, graphics, and wording).
Self-designed parent ad graphics are due Sunday, March, 8th.

Activity Fee
ACTIVITY FEE All members of the show, cast & crew alike are required to pay an Activity Fee. The fee is $100 per student and covers expenses such as show t-shirt, cast photo and Saturday tech & tech week food. This year all NCHS Theatre Fees will be payed through the school's Cash Online. Please click on the link NCHS School Cash Online and you will be directed to sign in to your account. If you don't have one yet, you will be instructed to create one.

- Sign in to your account
- Click the New Canaan Public Schools tab
- Look for the listing titled, NCHS Drama Activity Fee
- If you have trouble finding the listing, submit Drama in the search form
- Choose your student's T-shirt size
- Input the number of shirts you want to purchase for Quantity.
- Input the student's name for Who are you purchasing this for? and uncheck the Myself box
- Click the Ad to Cart button and continue with the payment process

We need Water Donations!!
As you may be aware the school has installed water bottle fillers all around the building. There is one conveniently located right around the corner from Dee’s office. Therefore, in an attempt to reduce waste we are asking all students to bring a refillable water bottle labeled with their name to rehearsals, techs and shows. We will still ask for bottled water donations from time to time since we will keep some on hand for emergencies, tech week, etc. but we are hoping that the students will pitch in and remember to bring their water bottles from home.

Parents we need your help to Strike the set after Saturday show. The more, the merrier, the sooner we all can go home! Dads, mom, siblings, grandparents - all welcome!

- We need handy parents to help with STRIKE. In particular, we need help breaking down the set.
- Muscles and screw guns are a plus!
- The shift is after the Saturday night show: 9:00 PM - 11:00ish
Cast & Crew Party
- Party will start immediately following the Friday night show until 11pm.
- Please volunteer to bring food items on the Friday of the show, between 3-6pm party hosts TBD.
